What We Do
Network Design and Implementation – We specialize in building large-scale, secure, highly-available networks for customers that need to optimize performance, minimize risk and eliminate downtime.
Network Analysis and Troubleshooting – We analyze traffic flows of applications to locate failure points and performance bottlenecks.
Network Auditing – We review customer networks to identify those areas that need attention with respect to performance, reliability, security, etc.
Data Center Design – Our engineers design rack, cabling and power configurations for stand-alone or co-location facilities, whether the needs are large or small.
Wireless Networking – Using state-of-the-art tools, our engineers design new deployments and troubleshoot/optimize existing installations to ensure a secure and reliable wireless infrastructure.
Hardware/Software Sales – We partner with industry-leading vendors to supply equipment to our customers (see below for more details).
Operational Monitoring and Support – Zenetra’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed around the clock to monitor the health and security of customer networks. We are able to resolve most telco-related problems without customer intervention. Our NOC works with clients to develop custom reporting and escalation procedures.
Staff-Augmentation/Outsourcing – Our engineers extend the capabilities of customers’ in-house IT staff on a project basis or as a complete turn-key arrangement.
