Originally founded in 1997 as Kessler Consulting, we operated in the Chicago metropolitan area for six years. Midwest Network Services Group, LLC was formed in the fall of 2003 as our headquarters was relocated to Fort Wayne, IN. In November, 2007 MNSG, Inc. was formed to support our growth as we added employees.
In 2009, we formed a new company – Zenetra Corporation (Zenetra) – to obtain state-wide public utility status for our planned fiber-optic network services business.
On October 1, 2009 Zenetra was granted a Certificate of Territorial Authority (CTA) from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to provide broadband and advanced information services throughout the state of Indiana.
On April 1, 2010, we merged the operations of MNSG, Inc. into those of Zenetra Corporation and began reselling network hardware.
On September 1, 2010 we expanded further and opened our 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC).
